About the Role

This is a Person to Person and Online assistance. In the position as a Travel Assistant Specialist, your main task will be to be the go-to person for travelers visiting Costa Rica. This means you'll play a key role in ensuring guests have a fantastic time. You’ll be there to help with everything they need, so their experience is smooth and enjoyable. We aim to offer a service that goes above and beyond what our clients expect, making their journey memorable. You'll be answering questions, providing tips on places to visit, and helping visitors elaborate their itineraries. Whether it's recommending a local restaurant, suggesting fun activities, or resolving any issues that may pop up, your support will help make their stay a great one. It’s all about creating wonderful memories for travelers! This role calls for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, and loves chatting with people from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

- Share personalized travel tips and activity recommendations
- Help with translations, bookings, and problem-solving on the spot

- Act as a cultural bridge and friendly guide

You’d Be Great If You

- Speak English and any other language fluently. Any other language is a big plus.
- Knowledge of Costa Rica, especially your own location

- You are LGBTQ Friendly to the Community
- Comfortable using computer and responsive to your phone
- Enjoy helping others, friendly and trustworthy
- Have experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
